  3. I love how every family has a different minestrone recipe lol. When I was in Italy someone swore to me you HAD to blend some of the vegetables and soup and then add back to the pot and it HAD to have garbanzo beans. Then another person was like “no no no, you don’t do it that way”. Both were incredible.

  4. I do the pasta the same way to keep them from getting over cooked, love your soup recipe! Also make my own stocks and always use the bones as well. It’s difficult to get chicken breast with skin and bone as almost every store offers tons of skinless and boneless now!
