  1. Olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper; whisk and add half cherry tomatoes, olives, thinly sliced red onion, capers, torn basil; toss; peel cooked potatoes, diced, and add to the tomatoes; flake in tuna and mix gently! eat with gusto!

  2. Looks and sounds great, but the potatoes don't belong anywhere near food like that. Otherwise, looks good. But what's wrong with mayonnaise.l??? It's good stuff. But I suppose if you want a little variety, the vinaigrette is just as good, or maybe even better.
