  1. 1. Dry roast 2 Kashmiri red chillies, 5 garlic cloves and some curry leaves.
    2. Then dry roast 1/4th cup each of chana dal, Arhar dal, urad dal and sesame seeds with 1 tsp of salt.
    3. Cool everything to room temperature
    4. Finally blend everything into a fine or coarse powder and enjoy with your dosas and idlis.

  2. Lol that's not a proper podi. And its called podi not podi masala. Also, you didn't add any star ingredient like coconut or toor daal or curry leaves in huge quantity or moringa leaves.

  3. Made this, turned out really tasty… even better than coconut chutney
    Now my MIL said to make it every time instead of coconut chutney
