Chicken Soprano is just a simple kicked up sauce on grilled chicken. Why Chicken Soprano? Well i love the TV show The Sopranos and i made this sauce one day and my son said what do you call it, I was watching The Sopranos at the time. So i called it Chicken Soprano it has Mushrooms, Roasted Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, Pancetta, With A butter Wine sauce over Grilled Chicken topped With Extra Sharp Prov. Enjoy the dish.
