2 tbsp ketchup
1 cup water
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp black pepper
For White Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
For Assembling:

Lasagna sheets
Shredded cheese (as much as you like!)
