BLOOM THE YEAST FIRST
1 Tab of sugar
1 CUP WATER TRY USING FILTERD WATER OR DISTILLED BOIL FIRST IF YOU CANT USE FILTERED. (WATER MUST BE 110) NOT HOTTER).
1 tea. yeast *(NOTE YOU DON’T NEED A LOT OF YEAST TO MAKE A GOOD PIZZA DOUGH).
1.4 C EVO ONLY AFTER YEAST BUBBLES
YOU CAN EITHER WATCH MY VIDEO ON “REAL NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA DOUGH” OR HOW I MAKE ITALIAN SEMOLINA BREAD.
MY INGREDIENTS
5 CUPS OF BREAD FLOUR (KING ARTHUR)
1 TAB SALT
2 – 1/2 CUPS IF WATER MORE IF NEEDED BUT DON’T ADD IT, ONLY IF YOU SEE IT’S TOO DRY.
PROOF IN YOUR OVEN WITH A DISH OF ADD BOILING WATER TO PAN COVER PIZZA IN GREASED BOWL ONLY WITH BOWL NOT SCRAN WRAP.
PROOF ONE HOUR PUNCH DOWN PUT MORE EVO IN BOWL IF NEEDED MORE BOILING WATER IN OVER PROOF 2ND TIME. IF YOU COULD DO IT 3 TIMES WOULD BE BEST. THEN AFTER PUT THE DOUGH IN FRIDGE FOR 2 DAYS YOU STILL HAVE TO PUNCH IT DOWN AND STRETCH IT. WATCH MY VIDEO ON
