  11. L'acqua salata si fa mettendo a bollire 1 litro di acqua con 30 gr di sale, l' equivalente di 4 cucchiai, non come hai fatto tu. Una volta giunta a bollore si aspetta che si raffredda e si inseriscono a spurgare le vongole, avendo l'accortezza di sostituire l'acqua ogni ora. Non serve sbatterle come un fabbro sul bordo del lavandino per vedere se c'è sabbia all' interno. Le vongole costano 20€ al kg, trattale come se fossero le ultime sulla terra. Ottimo spaghetto vino e vongole 👌👍
