Ingredients:
5-cloves minced garlic
1-2oz can flat anchovies
2Tbs-Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2Tsp-salt
1Tsp-pepper
1 1/2cups-extra-virgin olive oil
3-eggs
1/2cup-lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
3/4cup-Romano cheese
3/4cups-parmesan cheese
Add all ingredients to blender, mix for 2 minutes until well combined and smooth. Place in food safe container in refrigerator for 2 hours to thicken.
To serve cut Romain lettuce, add to bowl. Cover Romaine with Parmesan cheese and croutons. Spoon Caesar Salad Dressing over top to dress your Cesar Salad, serve and enjoy.
