Finally somebody explained to americans that italian "cucina" is not basically pizza and pasta. Italian, mediterranean cuisine, consisting of recipes and cooking techniques developed in Italy since Roman times. π

Such films are not only a culinary adventure, but also a journey through history and culture. Each dish carries a story about the traditions, people and places that created it.
