  1. Tried this. While the flavor was good, the cooking times are way off. Eggplant was completely underdone. Each phase requires an additional 20-30 minutes.

  2. Make sure the eggplant is cooked, before you layer it. It should be soft and taste creamy. Eggplant is my favorite vegetable. I could eat every day. 😊
