  1. Your videos are absolute art. I have a bakery and make bread items daily and I STILL watch all your videos. Bravo

One of the main things we actually make is grissini, as our little town in Indiana was settled by northern Italians. Grissini is still a huge deal in our town. The building across the street from my house has "Piedmont" written in the stone.

  2. Thanks for your great videos. I‘m loving them. Enjoying Ou take refreshments and action in the times in between. Keep it coming.

  3. Beautifully done video. The recipe and result look fantastic, but the video quality and editing are top notch. You've got a new subscriber.

  5. Lucky me I just arrived a few hours ago from Abruzzo 🙂 I will miss food til next time 😉

  6. Appreciate the recipe… Not a single damn person wants to watch your mouth that close smacking on something like it's sexual . Good lord, dude. Are you a predator?

  7. If I want to make a smaller amount of dough, let’s say 500g, can I just divide every ingrediënt by half? So, half the salt, yeast, water and flour et cetera?

  8. Hey! I love your videos and have now tried this recipe for the first time. After mixing all the ingredients, my dough unfortunately didn't look like yours. I couldn't process it any further, it cannot be kneaded and has no scaffolding. Don't you have to let the dough rest or make a precedent?

  9. Sitting here salivating and seriously thinking about purchasing a stand mixer..lol. I've never made any type of bread, but I'd like to make this. Does anybody think this can be done without a stand mixer?
