  1. Im a very gullible person, so is that recipe real? 😭im surprised but at the same time i believe secret recipes are not to be expected

  2. Traditional bolognese is where it’s at. Takes a minimum of 3 hours. 4 is where the sauce really starts to get good. Gochugaru is egregious, though I must admit I’d have to taste it to judge.🧑🏽‍🍳

  3. That's NOT a Bolognese sauce. That's a nightmare recipe dreamed by somebody with indigestion. A Bolognese sauce is ground beef and tomato sauce, with a base of onions and perhaps (if you feel like it) a touch of garlic. Call it what you want but not Bolognese.

  4. What a lovely tradition! For which L.A. restaurant will he be Chef de Partie? Wishing him the best!

  5. I’m not even a chef but I also add different stuff to my bolognese. 1 tablespoon of gochujang, blended carrots, 1 teaspoon of cajun seasons added to the orginal ingredients will really make it taste superb. If you have crispi chill oil, add it in. Blend it with the carrots and tomatoes.

  6. He looks like an awesome chef and a great guy to work with, best of luck to him in his future endeavors.
