❤I made the filling with the whipping cream and condensed milk. It was ok, but I felt it was missing a little something. I had an 8oz block of cream cheese, so I softened & whipped it in another bowl, then folded the the 1st mixture I made into the cream cheese.
The tang of the cream cheese mixed in prefectly. So I started assembling. Realized all I had in my pantry was mini vanilla wafers.i onn̈1 They endeda prefect substitute for the cookie part of the tiramsu. Honestly, from now on when need something quick & delicious dessert this will be my go to. I always keep these items in my pantry & refrigerator because all of the items can be used in a Variety of Entree's and desserts
