110g Polenta
300g Caster Sugar
50g Plain Flour
80g Parmesan Cheese [ grated ]
50g Unsalted Butter [ melted ]
500ml Milk
2 Eggs
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp Fennel Seed
1 tsp Baking Powder
*Square Mould 20cm x 20cm or You can use a round one. I think it would look nicer
