Ingredients :

Instant Coffee
Hot water
Whipping cream
Mascrpone cheese
Coco Powder
Lady Finger Biscuits
Vanilla Essence
Icing sugar

Instructions:

Make the Coffee Mixture:

• Brew coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
• If desired, mix in the coffee liqueur.

Prepare the Mascarpone Filling:

• In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until thick and pale.
• In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
• Gently fold the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract into the egg yolk mixture.
• Then, carefully fold in the whipped cream until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Tiramisu:

• Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture (don’t soak them, just a quick dip).
• Layer the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish (or individual cups).
• Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers layer.
• Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill and Serve:

• Cover and refrigerate the Tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld.
• Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
