It is not a city that can be visited in 2 days.
As a frequent visitor of Rome, i recommend palazzo Altemps, villa borghese, giardino degli aranci and basilica di san clemente. Any of these places is worth and not much known

I don’t think I can visit this in 2 days
The positive: Nice churches and the city of Vatican was impressive. Also good warm weather.
The negative: Grafitti and trash everywhere and Italians very loud, obnoxious and uneducated. The food was not that impressive or unique either. Pizza and pasta everywhere.
I will be in Rome only for 2 days in the last week of April 2025, I will certainly follow your advice to visit these places within two days. Thanks

I’ll be going at the start of April for a six days (fly in on the first; fly out on the sixth) and I couldn’t be more excited. Since I’ll be spending all my time outside I didn’t splurge lots on a fancy hotel. I’ll be staying five nights in The Beehive Hostel near Rome Termini (well rated, secure and good staff is enough for me). I’ve got bookings for all the landmarks and a few hidden gems along with one day outside of Rome to visit Pompei. Saved up all year for this trip and I know it’ll be worth it.
