How to make Spaghetti Bolognese. This is a recipe for simple Bolognese sauce that melts in your mouth. Probably the most famous Italian pasta sauce, whether for spaghetti or lasagna.
Recipe:
150g onions
100g of carrot
100g of Parsley root
50g of pancetta
300g of pork minced meat
300g of ground beef
1dl of red wine
2dl tomato juice
750ml homemade chicken stock
Olive oil
rosemary
salt and pepper
