Simple but Delicious Authentic Italian Meatball Recipe – Low cost, high quality recipe!
Ingredients:
2 Pounds of 85% Lean Ground beef
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
1 Cup of Milk (Lactaid if lactose intolerant)
4 Eggs (Beaten)
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper
2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
1 Cup of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Steps:
1) Turn on your oven and put the temperature on “Broiler” and allow it to pre-heat while you are making meatballs.
1) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend / fold until mixed thoroughly.
2) Roll meatballs into shape just slightly larger than a golf ball and place on a cookie sheet leaving at least ½ of an inch space between them.
3) Place meatballs, on cookie sheet, in your oven. Allow to cook for 5 to 8 Minutes until browned.
4) Flip meatballs on cookie sheet and put back into over for 3 to 5 minutes, until browned.
5) Remove meatballs from over and allow to cook in Italian marinara sauce for at least 30 minutes, on medium heat. Stirring regularly.
6) Allow meatballs to simmer in sauce for up to 3 hours and serve over your favorite pasta!
