Vito makes it look so easy! Let it be said, it’s extremely hard to make such a simple thing as pizza. My pizza chops are ok and certainly far from Vito’s. I always laugh at my guest when I give them a ball of dough and ask them to make a pizza! DISASTER 😂! Let alone making the dough! I’m sure Vito will agree, it takes months, even years of practice to get it right.
Mine tend to be a little more in the shape of an oval or box when they are smaller. However, when they are more than 12 inches, they are closer to the circular shape.

My only problem is the pizza sticking to my aluminum peel.
Odd shaped pizzas are the story of my life. I've made about a 100 pizzas and very few have been perfectly round.
