This traditional homemade cannoli recipe has a crisp flakey shell and a creamy luscious ricotta filling. No need to find an Italian bakery when you can make these at home!

These delicious Italian cannoli are one of my favorite things to eat. I love that creamy ricotta filling paired with the crispy fried shell. You can add candied fruit, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips to the filling but either way it’s going to be great! Let me know in the comments what your favorite filling is!

“Leave the gun, take the cannolis”😂😂😂
babbo
If you roll out on pasta machine what setting should I use
I made them but the shells would not stay hard when I put the filling in. Why, how can I keep them hard and crunchy?
as a 16 year old trying to make this it sucks having to buy alcohol at the supermarket
We're definitely taking this cannoli and leave nothing behind….
I've watched about 22 different recipes for cannoli and this is my favorite by far. Thanks mate!
Every time I want to try something brand new- like Cannoli's, LOL I come to you, because you are quality and consistency. Thank you.
Those are too small for me. I need several for w single serving even with larger ones.
Hi there …can you please tell me how much of grape juice ?
I love all your recipe u put out there really appreciate it thank u so so much ❤
Excellent recipe. I love your videos because you are very thorough and even give tips of what not to do.
I have not tried a recipe from you that was lacking in any way.
Thank you. John!!
Hey guys cannoli here
Came across this recipe and SO excited to make them! One question I have is how long can I store the shells and how before filling? I know the shell will get soggy if stored too long with the ricotta. Thanks so much!! Love your recipes! and your kitchen!
Paulie? You won't see him no more
I've been using this recipe for a couple years now. Today I realized it's for 18 cannolis…. I make 120 for Thanksgiving and another 120 for Christmas. One of us is off a bit… 😂 either way. Everyone loves your cannoli recipe 😁
As soon as you pronounced ricotta the way you did I had to pause, comment and walk away lmao
“Leave the gun. Take the cannoli”
Bro I've literally seen you in my nightmares and I'm scared to follow this tutorial now.
Why on earth do you give measurements in silly units, when you can give ISO units? You got the bowl on a scale!
Followed your recipe to the T. My cannoli tastes a little too much like flour. Any suggestions?
Delicious looking
Thank you for showing us
No bubbles in the crust after frying. Followed the recipe. To be fair, I didn't control the temperature, lol. It was kinda all over the place

I failed so bad I'm not even gonna try agian
I love watching this stuff. It’s just I love to bake and cook.
UGH !!!! All that work and SOOOOOO many chances to mess it up, or get mad or frustrated. Luckily, I live 7 miles from a restaurant distributor that sells wholesale to all restaurants and bakeries and pizzerias in the area, and you can buy the large shells, or the small shells, or the ones dipped in chocolate for like $3.38 for 6 large shells, or you can buy a whole box of them for about .15 a piece!!! Yeah, I'll go that way. You're welcome
Leave the gun, take the cannoli
What the fuck Is that??? They re not cannoli, plus i would never eat cannolis made by an american
Very good recipe! Thanks 😊
Thanks, bro !
I like to make the bigger ones I have bigger forms what about the dough how big of a circle do I cut ?
