This traditional homemade cannoli recipe has a crisp flakey shell and a creamy luscious ricotta filling. No need to find an Italian bakery when you can make these at home!

RECIPE: https://preppykitchen.com/cannoli/

These delicious Italian cannoli are one of my favorite things to eat. I love that creamy ricotta filling paired with the crispy fried shell. You can add candied fruit, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips to the filling but either way it’s going to be great! Let me know in the comments what your favorite filling is!

  1. Every time I want to try something brand new- like Cannoli's, LOL I come to you, because you are quality and consistency. Thank you.

  2. Excellent recipe. I love your videos because you are very thorough and even give tips of what not to do.
I have not tried a recipe from you that was lacking in any way.
    Thank you. John!!

  3. Came across this recipe and SO excited to make them! One question I have is how long can I store the shells and how before filling? I know the shell will get soggy if stored too long with the ricotta. Thanks so much!! Love your recipes! and your kitchen!

  4. I've been using this recipe for a couple years now. Today I realized it's for 18 cannolis…. I make 120 for Thanksgiving and another 120 for Christmas. One of us is off a bit… 😂 either way. Everyone loves your cannoli recipe 😁

  5. As soon as you pronounced ricotta the way you did I had to pause, comment and walk away lmao

  6. Why on earth do you give measurements in silly units, when you can give ISO units? You got the bowl on a scale!

  7. UGH !!!! All that work and SOOOOOO many chances to mess it up, or get mad or frustrated. Luckily, I live 7 miles from a restaurant distributor that sells wholesale to all restaurants and bakeries and pizzerias in the area, and you can buy the large shells, or the small shells, or the ones dipped in chocolate for like $3.38 for 6 large shells, or you can buy a whole box of them for about .15 a piece!!! Yeah, I'll go that way. You're welcome
