Bolognese is one of the classics and one of the dishes I can always eat!

I made some pappardelle with it and it tasted fantastic!

Ingredients:
500g minced beef
50g guanciale
200ml red wine
2 carrots
1 onion
2 celery sticks
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. tomato paste
400g canned tomatoes
400ml beef stock
thyme and rosemary stems
salt and pepper to taste

You can add a splash of sherry vinegar in the end that the dish comes to live!

  1. We would never do it that way, you did it reversed, first meat then carrots-celery-onions (and no oil?!) but the ingredients are basically correct. Except garlic ofc! Our first rule is it's either a garlic or an onion sauce. And the ragù alla bolognese is obviously onion bc of the meat.
