Quick Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes
2 Mushrooms (optional)
A handful of sliced cabbage or onion
80g of dried spaghetti
A pinch of salt
1 Tbsp of ketchup
1 Tbsp of Olive oil (optional)
Dried herbs (optional)

How to:

1. Soak the spaghetti for at least 2 hrs.

2. Dice the tomatoes and slice other vegetables.

3. Combine in the microwaveable cooker the
soaked spaghetti, vegetables, salt & ketchup.
(Add your choice of optional ingredients)

4. Microwave for 12 mins w/ 6 min intervals.

5. Mix well and enjoy!
