An amazing idea, Wendy! Like I'm just about to make a Tarte Tatin with nashi pears. (In fact: I once had a co-worker from the south of France. And his parents had met the Tatin- sisters still in person. I was much younger. My beard wasn't white like today. And my nickname (everywhere I went) was instantly: Jesus. Now: this true 1st name was Krishna. And we had a lot of workers from Africa at that company. Yelling: "eeesus!" (=Jesus) anytime I walked past. Them, beeing mostly catholics. But guess what they thought, watching Krishna and Jesus working hand-in-hand?)
