I spent a week training with the Craft Elite running team in Tuscany in March of 2025. We ran the route for the Chianti Ultra Trail Ultra by UTMB, we explored Florence, and I got a firsthand look at what it’s like to train with the pros at their annual team training camp.

by the way, what about the Craft shoes? is doing something of a review something you might consider? thanks
i admire that whole team, dont know the grasshopper lady tho. Hope jupiter can run tim's race this year. hope i can make it out to mammoth myself. honestly, craft should add another athlete, a specialist in 200milers….jeff pelletier
The Rick Steves of running! great stuff Jeff…
As always a fantastic video Jeff! Looking forward to the next episodes
Guess you didn't need Näak bars when the grasshoppers are the size of frogs there and land on your head 🤣 Now that was a fun video thanks!
I don't trust anyone who can run hard and not sweat. In fact, despite being an ultra runner myself, I can't run more than 1km in winter without starting to sweat. So using powers of deduction, I presume elite runners are in fact aliens
Beautiful work Jeff 🙇🏻
Love your videos Jeff, but the cliché italian music is annoying. I don't remember you using accordéon music for your coverage of UTMB 😉
Great stuff!
Thanks for the video Jeff! Great footage, nick peak into what pro training camps are about and nice to meet the team members 🙂
Jeff, aren't you a professionnal athlete, already ?
Brilliant filming, as always Jeff. Loved the drone shots especially over Florence, it’s such a beautiful place, brought back wonderful memories of my visit a few years ago.
Thanks for the video Jeff. It was great to see some of the area during the Chianti Ultra, but your video here added a little something else, and I'm so glad you could have the conversations and connect with the other runners. Looking forward to the next time on feet episode, helps a lot!
Loved this! Thanks for giving us a little look at your experience running with the Craft team in such a stunning location. Great shots and storytelling, as always. Looking forward to the next episode!
Hands up who wish they were running with the group through Florence . Another excellant video Jeff. Thanks for taking us along .
I love the rawness of the content and yet, it still tells a great story and pulls me along as I virtually join you and the crew. Great job!!!
top quality Jeff as usual!
I have some craft stuff I like and unrelated to this video I checked today if they are US-american and luckily they are not so I can still buy their stuff
Nice to see other brands too to be put to test. I hope everything is still fine with you and Salomon though, I love a lot of their stuff although I mostly run in Hoka's shoes, since I don't like the speed laces that are on most of the Salomon shoes.
Fellow subscribers remember to pres Subscribe & Like, Jeff puts alot of work and thought Into these videos.
cool new content, nice to see you doing more stuff like this! recognition for your efforts is building hey!? hope you're good 💪🏻
Beautiful
Jupiter!!!!🎉🇲🇽
Viva Mexico! 😊
Hi Jeff, thanks to share these footages form Tuscany and Chianti with sun ! It's beautiful. As you know, we didn't have good weather for the Chianti by UTMB race and I confirm it was a mud game 😜 (I put a video on my YouTube channel) Despite that, we have enjoyed this beautiful race with amazing aid stations.
Thanks again for the quality of your video, and maybe one day you will run this race with Audrey during one trip on Italy? 🙂
David
Jeff… I'm Italian and I live in Florence…. The video Is very nice but that music Is terribile 😢 nothing to do with Tuscany at all
12:10 what a stunning little time-lapse 🤩
I ran the same half marathong that Linus ran and oh man these guys are fast! Running 3 minute kilometers on super technical ground, and 4 minutes up nest vertical cliffs.
It nust have been fun to run with them, but no shame in being dropped
I find it low-key hilarious that the second-place finisher of the MOAB 240 is going on camp to learn how to train like a professional 😂
Watching the sun set from Piazzale Michelangelo is one of my favourite memories, of my European travels and just in general. You captured it so well!
I'm biased, but Grant Barnette is one to watch this year 👀
Loved this one! Thanks for another banger!
