Ingredients and recipe:
3 eggs
salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Mix well
100g green onion
Chop
Add to the egg
Mix well
Medium-low heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
1 tomato
Slice
Place the tomato slices in the pan
Pour the egg in the pan
Mozzarella cheese
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!

  1. Fun fact. a lot of people don't know. Keep the roots of your green onions, and you can replant them and grow more😊

  2. add mushrooms, zucchini and bell pepper, saute with little soya sauce and then do this… it wil be super duper

  3. I just tried this simple recipe without watching the instructional video first and stuffed it up by cooking too long try again tomorrow
