  1. Love it. Can I substitute regular flour for the polenta (cornmeal)? I have almond flour handy. Thank you. I love watching both of you & the trio! Ciao!

  2. I just wish he would say, for example, 100 ml of sugar or about four ounces so I don't have to stop the video a billion times to convert the measurements.

  3. Hello Gentlemen, I made this cake yesterday and we eat it today, It came out good except it was a bit oily. I'll use less next time. I did not do the cream this time, but will next time. family loved it. Thanks.

  4. I made this recipe was sooooo sweet, way too much sugar! and i understand the functionality of sugar in recipe as as a sweetener and airing the eggs, do you really need so much F sugar in this recipe?! Maybe someone can explain to me something, Jaime is all about the importance of healthy life style and eating healthy, why so much sugar? maybe half or three quarters of the amount of sugar can do the trick and you can add warm honey to the mix without loosing to much of the airiness that the eggs have, and don't tell me to eat less cake, other then that that is a brilliant recipe

  5. would leave out choc and basil it's pointless perhaps candied lemon peel or angelica root if you really must decorate it

  6. Hello,
I just followed your recipe yesterday. The cake was delicious!
But: the 100g polenta left a crunchy like feeling that was not so convincing. What kind of polenta do you use ?

  7. I had a fantastic Nona make me a cake with oranges and Galliano years ago when I was dating her grandson.
She refused to give me the recipe, and I've been trying to recreate the cake ever since.
This might be the recipe to do it. 🤞

  8. THE “going in” with ingredients is so annoying. Why can’t you add ingredients like every other chef/baker in the world.

  9. Oooh my….love these too, Gennaro when he is licking whish ok in background, and telling Jamie do not slam oven doors, nice and gently …aaaww I always say that to my English bf hahah😂❤…Gennaro: I am taking two…❤

  10. All I want is to see these two friends cooking together, laughing, playing pranks, joking, and loving each other forever! ❤
