Today Stevie Kim visits the 2022 edition of “Benvenuto Brunello”, the annual tasting event that introduces the new vintage of BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO and the other appellation wines of the territory.
One of Italy’s great wines, Brunello di Montalcino is small wine region in southern central Tuscany, producing renowned wines from the Brunello grape – a local strain of the Sangiovese. Montalcino itself is a classic Tuscan hilltop village 30 kilometers south of Siena.
The video includes full interviews with some of the region’s key players as well as some expert insights into the new 2018 vintage Brunello di Montalcino.
