Ingredients:
For making Cottage cheese:
2 cup Milk
2-3 tbsp Lemon juice

For the Beetroot Sauce:
1 medium Beet (100g)
Water
1 Tomato
prepared cottage cheese from above
1/2 cup Milk

For the Beetrrot pasta:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Garlic
4 tbsp Onion
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
200g pasta (2 cup)
salt as required
1/4-1/2 cup cheese (optional)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
