I absolutely loved this video! I am from Oregon, but everyone asks me if I moved from the south. I didn't realize that I can live in the pacific northwest and have a southern accent 😂.

My mom always made homemade chicken and dumplings. One time I stirred them for her…well I stirred from the bottom up and ruined the whole thing. Tasted like burnt toast. Long story short, I didn’t touch them again! 😂

So excited to see the Blue Plate Mayo. I always tell people when they ask me how I make my chicken salad that the secret is Blue Plate…if you use anything else, it's not gonna taste the same. I love it so much that when I lived in a state that did not sell it, I had my dad mail me some.

My Great Grandmother taught me how to make chicken & dumplings. She also used a whole chicken w/bones & all. I don't use a whole chicken anymore. I use boneless chicken breast boiled in stock then shredded & add my dumplings 😋😋😋. I'll be making some today after watching your video 👍🏻😁. Also loved the macaroni salad & cake.
