  1. Looks tasty. But I am a purist to some degree and I don't like eggplant. Though as I said looks tasty. All my best as always…

  2. Hey brothers I absolutely love Cento brand as well but just a curious question have you ever tried the brand Contadina with any tomato purée or diced tomatoes? My Italian grandmother rest in peace introduced me to that.. that’s what she always would use to make her sauce although it’s a little harder to find

  3. Canarsie in the house. You guys rock. My wife and I love your episodes. Whoever said, "You can't buy happiness," never bought pizza. Peace

  4. Hey guys I don't know if you ever tried Greek oregano or not…I get it on the branch so to speak (Amazon). I really love the taste of oregano, and this type seems to be stronger. Just thought I'd share that on here. Wish I was there for the pizza! Oh, I see you found Dom he was AWOL lately lol.

  5. Who says pizza needs cheese??? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Everyone!!! 😁 I’m glad you guys enjoyed your tomato sauce bread. Cool video!!!

  6. Did you guys use fresh cake yeast for your pizza dough at your pizzeria in New York? It seems be more readily available in the northeast. It’s difficult to find in Texas. I know a couple of New York pizza guys with restaurants in my neck of the woods in Texas and they only use fresh yeast. What’s your opinion on fresh yeast versus dry yeast? I can buy it as a home cook from a Mexican bakery near me, but they will only sell a pound at a time and they want 10.00 for it. In your opinion, is fresh cake yeast superior to dry yeast?

  7. Bensonhurst Here Born and Raised… Ah! All got out not the same never will be. Glad you guys are back 🙌 💪 never made it from my own recipes. But the Sausage and Potatoes is MINT 👌 made it and came redicoulous thanks for that one guys nobody does that one at least I know of. 🤝 for that one.

  8. Wow, that sounds like a delicious combination! 🍕🍆 Tomato & Eggplant Parm pizza is a fantastic twist on the classic pizza. With the roasted eggplant and the rich, savory tomato sauce, it must be bursting with flavor! 😍✨ The perfect blend of cheesy goodness and healthy veggies—what could be better? 👏

  9. What parmesan do you guys use? I've noticed a lot of the parms from my local grocery store don't have a lot of flavor, even when I buy them in a block and shred them myself.
