  1. OMG, he has done so much for vegans and created so many delicious vegan recipes! Just because he’s not vegan now, people are saying they’ll unsubscribe or other crazy things? That makes no sense! I started eating vegan food because of him, even though I used to hate it!

  4. All you're missing is the parsley, and you essentially have chicken piccata. It's one of my wife's favorite dishes that I make, and I'm long overdue for making some. I always serve this with plenty of white rice. If you do it right and slice the lemons very very thin, and cook them right along with the sauce and the chicken, you end up with lemon slices that are completely edible, and add a wonderful flavor and texture to the whole thing. In my opinion, one of the best things to ever come out of Italy.
