We make wine cookies with cocoa powder added and strawberry wine. They are awesome. My grandmother was from Sicily.
Interesting recipes, especially the first two. The wine cookies are also very good, but I knew how to make them. The others are new to me. Thanks.😊
Great show guys!!
Love you both ❤
Yum omg I can’t wait to try. Thanks so much for sharing. You guys are so adorable 🫶🫶🙂🙂🌷🌷😘😘💛💛⭐️⭐️✝️✝️
for all the people asking,,, use a wine you Like. if your not sure a wine store could probably help, tell them your price range and your tastes (sweet, dry, red, white,, hints of 'vanilla, floral, light vs full bodied),,, I like light sweeter white wines. Once your decide on one, buy a bottle, go home and have a glass. If you don't LOVE it,, try to get another bottle explaining the changes you want…. Once you find a favorite wine at a descent price,, you are all set.
With the cream one you could call that a double boiler.
I’ll bet these recipes would all be good by substituting the wine with gatorade.
I often make pasta with a beurre blanc or beurre rouge sauce – I'd never thought of actually cooking the pasta in the wine. I tried the recipe from this video tonight and omg it's everything I love about a wine sauce, but it's cooked into the pasta. So good!
excuse me, are you American? And you come to talk about cooking to Italians, you don't even know where the kitchen is located.
spaghetti alla vernaccia si fanno allo stesso modo?🤔
Eva’s face turned red, she was trying not to laugh so hard. 😅😅
“In English it’s French!” 😂😂
That’s true, no one would know what you were saying if you said “Maria’s bath!” 😂😅
Wonderful Set of Novelties, only Weinsuppe I have had in very South of Austrian Tyrol 40 years ago… My friendly Request is Calabrian Schiacciata – Hope not to be only one to ask for it… I have a Problem, how to use it right way…
Eva how do you see a Negramaro for the drunken spaghetti recipe?
Bomba video come sempre! Grazie mille!
Have to ask does it make a difference with wine ….dry or sweet
Ti saluto da Canada …Canadian Italian here ….and here in Canada the manga cakes go crazy for good food
Madonna I need to try
I use wine to cook my octopus… its like a stew with potatoes
I'll definitely try the spaghetti. My immediate thought for the cookies was white wine with amaretto or Maraschino added.
Wine cookies are always a big hit among Italian-Americans. It must be a very old recipe. Memories! Grazie, Eva e Harper!!! ❤
I would have simply said "panini nel modo napolitano". Ma chi lo sa? Learning a language never ends.
Hi guys, I have a non-traditional tip to make the wine soup recipe easier. Since you have beat it up with a hand mixer anywey, you can get a similar result in the blender. Heat up the wine, stock, seasonings in a pot directly on the stove…the advantage here is it doesn't matter if it boils. take it off the heat and stir in the cream. yolks in the blender jar (or food processor) on low blend the yolks, ladle in the hot liquid bit by bit. If it's not hot enough use the micorwave on reheat or warm your cream a bit earlier on in the process. Hope this is useful Jacques Mexico
Can’t wait to try the drunken noodles. 🤤Would you think about doing a video about coffee? Eva, I’m curious what you do with Nescafé since watching your pantry tour 🤔😁
Chiacchiere al vino. 🎉❤
I tried the wine cookies but the dough was too dry so I threw it out but I will try it again. I don't give up easily.
Is there any region in Italy where pasta is boiled in white wine?
I will never forget having home made wine with 7Up for the first time as a kid, with my cousins Italian straight off the boat Grandparents. That was a great meal and better time rolling down the hill in the back yard afterwards wondering why we were dizzy!
che boiata sarà piena di tannino astrongente
I'd love a video of how italians use heavy cream!
