Was actually kind of Italian up until the chicken broth and lime gravy . Also the really dumb lid trick is a waste of perfectly good chicken.
So fry it perfectly then make it soggy?
lol
I would then add a whitewash and make gravy with the drippings and make some sort of potatoes and put that gravy on all of it.

That’s half a chicken breast and why cut it in a circle?.I season my my flour first,it gets the seasonings throughout,,agree with the soggy comment, serve the sauce separate to drizzle if wanted….You will not see me

I would take the juice that’s left over, adding the coating mix.then make a gravy out of it.could use it on rice, potatoes, or pasta.

It looks yummy delicious then bam he destroyed it ,the Dumb ass, puts it in a liquid makes it soggy and robbery. He needs to get his head examined
Instead I would have used the liquid part of the recipe for making gravy to put on the side for dipping the chicken in it,or use the gravy that's on the side to pour over the chicken if you would prefer tat.
