The pan pizza is the best type of pizza they sell at dominoes. I have been waiting for a stuffed crust pizza from them for what seems like forever. They finally did it and I can’t wait to try it.
If I had to guess they use the term 'pizza cheese' to refer to the cheese they top the pizza with which is a mixture of mozzarella, with provolone. edit: just a guess based on my time working there in the past.

The reason domino's calls it pizza cheese is because in the US it has so much fillers they cant legally refer to it as mozzerella. This is an American thing and outside the US it does not have these fillers
