A&Z #793 – Atlas vs Chad Anthony’s “Everything But” Cheesy Chicken Parmesan 7lb Italian Food Pizza Challenge at Chad Anthony’s Italian Grille in Youngstown, Ohio. Back in October 2019 after getting home from my 3-country Asia trip, I flew up to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania so I could try two food challenges in the area, and then head over towards Philadelphia, PA for a few more. For event #1, I traveled to Youngstown, Ohio so I could attempt the brand new “Everything But” Pizza Italian Food Challenge at Chad Anthony’s Italian Grille which was so delicious!! I had 1 hour to finish a thick 12″ diameter cheese and pepperoni pizza topped with 6 big fried mozzarella cheese patties, 4 fried Chicken Parmesan pieces, 3 Italian sausage patties, and a cheese-stuffed meatball. In the middle of all that sits around 1lb of delicious Cavatelli pasta. BIG thanks to everyone with Chad Anthony’s Italian Grille for the wonderful food and experience!! The head chef John and his sous chef “Zeus” are long-time subscribers which is much appreciated!! BIG thanks to everyone who came up to watch and meet me that night!! It was a very fun event!! Chad Anthony’s Cheesy Chicken Parmesan 7lb Italian Food Pizza Challenge ($32):
The base of this monstrosity is a thick 12″ diameter cheese and pepperoni pizza. On top of that is placed 6 big fried mozzarella cheese patties, 4 fried Chicken Parmesan pieces, 3 Italian sausage patties, and a cheese-stuffed meatball. In the middle of all that sits around 1lb of delicious Cavatelli pasta. The whole meal weighs around 7lbs and there is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on the Wall of Fame!! Please schedule your challenge in advance if interested!!
