Delicious Lasagna Bites
Ingredients
* 1 lb Italian Sausage, crumbled
* 12 oz. box jumbo pasta shells
* 1 jar pasta sauce
* 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
* grated Parmesan cheese
* shredded mozzarella cheese
* Italian seasoning for garnish
Directions
1. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions.
2. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet. Drain & set aside.
3. Spray a large muffin pan with cooking spray.
4. Turn cooked shells inside out and in the muffin pan wells.
5. Layer the following ingredients in each shell: sauce, Italian sausage, ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
6. Place muffin pan in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from oven, allow to rest 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
