Welcome back to another ✨cooking video!✨
I’ve put everything into my fitness pal to calculate the amount of protein per serving and you ggguuuyyysss. It’s legit 40g-56g protein per serve for each dish.
I also made a mistake in the curry noodles recipe – I used broccolini instead of broccoli, but TBH it doesn’t really matter. I think I prefer broccolini because it makes me feel more fancy ya feel?

Anyways hope you guys enjoy and hope you can make them for yourself!

  3. I sub pasta for carrot noodles super often, it was one of the best way of cutting down on carbs for me! As always this was impeccably filmed and it's always so nice to get your company, I will definitely be making that mac'n'cheese, it looked divine!
