If you removed the foil from over the macaroni cheese for about 10-15 minutes, the top would have been 👌🏾 also, you can use a stock cube for extra flavour. Keep on cooking ❤

Add very finely chopped onion and do the roux with that. It adds a ton of flavor!!!
