  3. Brown seasoned chicken breast strips in Olive oil. Remove and set aside brown chopped garlic and sliced shalots in pan. Then add butter, grape tomates, mushroom slices, fresh thymes leaves and spinach. Finish with Alfredo sauce from jar. Add chicken, parmesan cheese and cooked linguine pasta salt, pepper, italian seasoning. Add a little water to the sauce then stir and Serve.

  5. Alfredo doesnโ€™t exist in Italy. (Unless Americanized) My feelings were hurtโ€ฆ I found a cream sauce in Sicily, but it was no Alfredo. ๐Ÿ˜ And most of the other cities I visited carbonara was the creamiest thing I could find!

  7. Chicken Alfredo should absolutely not taste like herbs and if you're not putting Parmesan in your Alfredo you are not making Alfredo, period. All you need to make a good Alfredo is equal parts parm and heavy cream, butter, and some garlic, and salt and pepper. Add whatever you like but if you start with that as a base and let it naturally thicken your alfredo will be money.

  8. Luv the diversity in the recipes, I am a little surprised that no one seasoning their chicken gave it any time to marinate to enhance flavor depth.
