    I hate tuna! I hate tuna!!! But I happened to have a can of tuna from the waters off the shores of Vancouver Island. So, I made the dish. I still hate tuna, but this was absolutely insane delicious! As I write this, I am eating this crazy good pasta dish at my desk. Even the tuna is tasting pretty good. Thanks for this one, Albert.

    Albert, do you have a recipe for Spanish hot chocolate? I was in Aranjuez last April and enjoyed the richest, most decadent hot chocolate, unlike anything in the US. I have Googled some recipes but none are as rich and thick.
