We would pick 5 gallon bucket fulls in Oregon. Chanterelle.
We used to use butter instead.
There is nothing better than fresh pasta. My Nonon always made fresh pasta, and I'd help with the pasta machine. Plus, it doesn't take as long to cook in boiling water.
I also have the hand crank pasta machine, I think it's better because I have control of it as I crank it to size. We like homemade linguine best💯👌
Love this recipe. It looks delicious. Grandma had such a sweet voice and lovely personality. We love to see videos of you with her ❤❤❤
Hi Grandma looking good!!!!!❤
How do you clean the pasta machine?😮
Thank you for sharing your gifts❤

My favorite chef, Italiano! I have been following you since day 1, over 20 years, New York Italians love and respect you! Dio ti benedica.
Thanks for the very nice video 🍷
DELISYOSO❤❤❤ MABUHAY FROM THE PHILIPPINES!!!🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
I have the pasta machine, but I've never known how to thoroughly clean it. Can you give any suggestions? BTW I learned to use an ironing board for the nice linen cloth on it. That way, you can wash the cloth after making a batch of pasta
Yummy!
What a fantastic recipe. Thank you, Lidia! (And your always-beautiful mother looked extra beautiful in red!)
It’s always nice to see grandma!
I love it! I haven’t been cooking for the past ten days because I’m in the middle of a move (everything’s packed). But I’m gonna get right back to making pasta and yummy quick meals like this one the instant I’m settled into my new place!
I’ve never had a mushroom I’ve ever liked .
That looks delicious, Lydia. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
Good recipe 👏🇨🇦
