Instructions:
1. Boil the Pasta:
o Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
o Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
o In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
o Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the Cream & Cheese:
o Pour in the heavy cream and stir.
o Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
o Stir until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
4. Combine Pasta & Sauce:
o Add the drained pasta to the sauce.
o Pour in a bit of reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
o Toss everything together until well-coated.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
o Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
