When using the scale to evenly divide dough, I use a bowl cover to keep the scale clean.
Or just make a pizza and cut it into slices.

Love your guys recipes but more so the explanations about how things work. X chef of 25 + years here. Always loved yeasts baking. Used to go behind the restaurant to the bakers on the off time I got a break in my 15 hr shift and learn and help the baker. Still love it til this day ❤

I tried this pizza dough recipe after seeing the video and I have to say after probably trying well over 50 different pizza dough recipes on YouTube this was so Superior to all of them that I have tried from all the "pizza experts"Generally I am not a fan of same day pizza dough as they are generally tuff lackluster taste but for some reason this was super tasty .The dough after a short resting time became so billowy/fluffy I could not believe it !Best crust ever for same day recipe matter of fact for a 3 to 4 hour pizza dough recipe it was really Amazing ! I followed the recipe to a "T" including using KA bread flour THE BEST!It was so good I can not believe it was made in a afternoon and eaten that evening .This will BE my new pizza recipe from now on it was that good and easy to make .I still can't believe a pizza dough of this quality can be made in such a short time !Thank You King Arthur!

About as far away from the old chef Boyardee pizza kit as you can get. Oh, they still have pizza crust kit with tomato sauce I see on their website. Includes xanthan gum. ;). King Arthur surely can’t beat that! ;).
