Surprised how well the One-pot pasta recipe works! I feel like it needs a LOT of seasoning and olive oil at the end to really make it come alive, but it's really quite a good and easy pasta recipe!

What is the brand name of the good quality butter?
The Alfredo needed to be tossed a lot more so that the cheese fully melts and the butter and starchy water form an emulsion. It should be completely creamy and smooth, not look chunky like this. It needs a good 2-3 full minutes of stirring, not a few seconds. They could have done a jump cut, so I don't know why she wasn't told to stir longer. It probably would have taken a lot more of the water than that as well by the time it was done. The original was tossed table-side inside a hollowed out wheel of parmigiano reggiano.
What would be nice is if the link to the recipes were provided or, at the very least, the actual name used on the website!
