We say what we want, if you dont like it then leave the kitchen. im glad im not a celeb as i would be put away from the 1000's of waiting staff that have been upset with what i have said.   6. My mama never ever made a sufritto! For ragu…..only onion then add your meat pork/beef, brown the meat then add passata sauce, salt, if you like add a small pepper 🌶…..cook very slowly for 2half 3hours on low. Gino thats ragu!!!
