►Recipe are as follows 👇
Meat Ball spaghetti with cheese 🍝
/famous Italian recipe
Ingredients : step 1
Spaghetti – 500gm
BOIL spaghetti 80% and then wash it with cold water.
Step 2
Ingredients for meat ball
Kheema – 500gm
(grind kheema in Chopper 1st very thin)
Breadcrumbs – 1cup
Spicy Red chilli – 1 tsp
Green chilli & Coriander leafs paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Mix all the ingredients into one ball and make small meatballs
Take very thing kheema grind it before making balls.
Step 3 :
For sauce : Onions (small chopped) – 3 piece
Gingergarlic paste – 2 tbsp
Tomato puree (grind them) – 250gm
Tomato paste – 4tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander powder – 2tbsp
Add oil & Chopped onions and saute them untill lightbrown.
Add ginger garlic paste and spices
Add some water & roast well
Keep thickness in Gravy.
Cook it on slowflame untill oil comes up.
Then add the fried meatballs into it and let it cook on slowflame for 5mins.then turn off Gas.
