Eating like this isn’t going to help the diet journey you’re on or your weigh ins that are on your other page you started, you will continue to yo-yo your weight back & forth AND….Why?!?! Do you do this to yourself 🤦🏼♀️from a medical perspective there’s nothing good about any of this! There’s people suffering with terminal illnesses everyday just hoping for a healthy body and here she is destroying her body on purpose and thinking nothing of it… even the rashes caused by a type of yeast under her arms are simply caused by the chemicals she’s constantly & purposely putting into her body.
