It’s wonderful to see someone else doing this with lasagna.
I’m quite old and I’ve been doing it for many years . Rather than making several trays of lasagna and having one or two people eat most of it I figure out how many people are going to be at lunch or dinner and make two rolls per person and then an extra 12.
As grandma always said there has to be food for people to take home if they would want some .
