  1. Look like too many meatballs for that pot of soup. The size of the pasta shapes should be close to the size of the meatballs.

    Options for the pasta shapes: pearls, riso, small shells, orecchiette, etc.

  3. I just made this yesterday! Yum! The only things I do differently is I add a 1/4 or 1/2 of a teaspoon of tomato paste, I put the meatballs in the oven for 15 minutes to get a little browned and I use acini di pepe pasta! Salute to you Pasquale!
