I know you may not respond here you're a busy man but wanted to say thanks for the inspiration. Also thank you for including vegan recipes.. I'm vegan for both cultural and health reasons.. so I tend to veganise some of your dishes (loved your veganuary video this year) for the fritata can i sub aguafaba for the egg ? I guess some egg replacer or vegan egg. I cant have gluten and getting the right blend.. as I can't have simple white carbohydrates like white bread flour rice pasta. This is my weakest area but I'm learning,, Are you planning on doing any vegan and gluten free dishes? Many thanks in advance from south east London ❤✌🏽🙏🏽🌱☘️

just one point that ALWAYS let me speechless . you are using teflon coated pan AND metal ustensil.
As metal scratches the delicate and fragil coat, the PFAS are spilled all over your preparation. I assume someone eat it, and thus, people watching might think they can do the same… Or it appear to be toxic.
Might I ask you to take a minute and use appropriate ustensils to avoid showing this bad use?
